AS Evaluation- What I got out of my preliminary task

In comparion to my preliminary task and my actual radio work I felt I had achieved a lot. In comparison, my preliminary task was very brief and small compared to my radio. But it however still got me to undertand the important techniques such as the use of Vox pops, sound effects and edits.

For instance when I made my preliminary task, it required only very short amount of time (less than an hour) and the less use of effects. I also did not have to worry about the kinds of voices  I used from people as it was not essential. This did gave me the impression once I was doing my radio the importance of sound effects and editing. It in fact took me a whole day to complete the radio. Learning back from my preliminary task, I was able to move on to the advanced task on making my radio.
